Ordering and payment options

  1. I’m not sure what size I wear. Is there a size chart that can help me?
    Yes, we have a size chart link on every product page.
  2. I want to buy an item that I saw online, but you don’t have it in my size. Will it be available?
    We are a professional company and produce limited quantities. Not all sold out items will be restocked. If we wish to restock we will display an “Estimated Ship Date” on the order confirmation.
  3. Can I save the items in my bag?
    Once logged into the website, you can save items to your shopping bag. However, we do not recommend leaving items in the bag for longer than a week. We are a professional company and once an item is sold out, it will be automatically removed from your bag.
  4. When will my order be processed?
    If your order meets all authorization criteria, all orders placed before 10am (ET) Monday through Friday will ship the same business day, barring any unexpected delays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day. If an item is out of stock, the item will be shipped after passing our quality control process.
