We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible
Normal international shipping takes 5-10 working days
A signature may not always be required on delivery and if no one is available to collect the item, our couriers may try to hand it to a neighbor or leave it somewhere safe and secure. A card may be left to notify you or confirm that the package has been returned to the local warehouse. You can then contact them to arrange a pickup or schedule a new delivery date.

With a one-hour notice window and the ability to reschedule delivery, we aim to get your order to you on the first try.

Our couriers are available to deliver anytime between 9am and 6pm and may need to sign the receipt, so if there is no safe place to leave the parcel we recommend delivering it to a work address.

If you do need to change your delivery date, please contact the courier directly to choose the date that best suits you.

If our couriers are unable to deliver to your address they will attempt delivery two more times before the order is returned to us. If your order is returned to us, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund.

We are not responsible for any lost packages if your items are asked to be left in a safe place.
